- Four Seas Group entered a joint venture with Eat & Co., Limited Japan to found “Osaka Ohsho” in Hong Kong
- Four Seas Group sold its 49% Interest in Pokka HK to Pokka Corporation of Japan for 135 million. Meanwhile, the Group acquired 70% interest in Pokka Four Seas JAP, a beverage and food manufacturer, from Pokka Corporation of Japan for 29.883 million
